What is Endpoint Context Protocol (ECP)?

Can any website submit?

Yes, as long as your website passes the check above for ECP enabled, it will be submitted and indexed.

Why do I want my site in the index?

As agents increasingly discover sites without human-initiated search, the ECP index gives your site a verified presence in that layer. Submit once at ecp.directory. The index is opt-in, free, and queried directly by model providers and agent frameworks.

How can I make my site ECP enabled?

Easy! It's an open standard, available at endpointcontextprotocol.io. It's about 5 lines of code if you do it yourself, or you can run npx endpointcontext for quick setup.

Can I remove a website from the index?
